1. Wholesale Return Rules

As a wholesale manufacturer, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or "unsold stock." We only accept returns for items that are received in a damaged or defective condition.

Important: To claim a return for damaged goods, an Unboxing Video is mandatory. Claims without a video will not be entertained.

If you receive a product that is broken or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
