1. Wholesale Only

JK Trader is a wholesale-only platform. By using this site, you confirm that you are a business owner, retailer, or reseller. We do not sell individual pieces for personal use.

2. Pricing Disclaimer

All prices provided in quotations or catalogues are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations in metal prices (Gold, Silver, Brass) and labor costs. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

A minimum order quantity applies to all products. Orders failing to meet the MOQ requirements may be rejected or subject to retail pricing surcharges.

4. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an inquiry or request for quote does not constitute a binding contract. JK Trader reserves the right to accept or decline any order based on stock availability and production capacity.

5. Product Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, actual product colors and designs may slightly vary from the images shown on the website due to lighting and photographic effects. Handcrafted items may have minor unique variations.

6. Payment Terms

All wholesale orders require 100% advance payment before dispatch unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major cards.

7. RCS & WhatsApp Business Messaging Terms

By submitting your phone/WhatsApp number through our bulk inquiry or catalogue forms, and selecting the consent checkbox, you explicitly agree to the following terms regarding automated Rich Communication Services (RCS), WhatsApp Business Messaging, and SMS services:

• Consent & Opt-in: You acknowledge that you have given explicit consent to receive informational updates, transactional details, digital catalogues, order tracking, and promotional offers from JK Trader on your provided mobile number via WhatsApp, RCS, or SMS.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on business activities, new arrival releases, and active order inquiries. We strive to maintain a reasonable frequency to avoid spam.
• Opt-out Instructions: You have the absolute right to revoke your consent at any time. To opt-out of our WhatsApp or RCS updates, you may reply with "STOP", "UNSUBSCRIBE", or contact us directly at info@jktrader.com. Once opted out, you will no longer receive marketing messages unless you opt back in.
• Rates and Charges: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile network carrier and data plan. JK Trader is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred for receiving messages.
• Data Protection: Your contact numbers and opt-in data will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or lease your contact information to third parties.
